Are you stuck trying to use the editor but confused why you cant change the content within the box? Well, wonder no more. Log-in to your Virteom Powered website Obviously enough, you need to be logged in to edit the infoboxes. So, go to yourwebsite.com/virteom. Managing Related Page Links on a Virteom Site

How do you manage a menu system in your website that has related hyperlinks to different pages on your website per page? Its a bit harder than just having a menu that is the same on every page in the site. You have to be a bit more inventive in the approach. Virteom has a module that allows you to select certain hyperlinks that would show up in a menu based on the content on the page you are currently viewing. Lets walk you through that module and how you can use it to manage related content. Well use Magnets website to demonstrate the example. Looking at the Side Menu If we look at the side menu we can see it has 5 hyperlinks that go to 5 different pages. The owner of the website wants the flexibility that these would be different per page. On the next slide well show you the backend and how you can simply manage this sitewide. Email Footers with Dynamic Advertisements, Company Wide

Virteom has the ability to manage all of your employees email footers easily and effectively. The first thing you will want to do is add each employee as a member of the Virteom system. Do this by clicking on the Manager option on the top toolbar and then clicking on the Members option on the left toolbar. Every member in the system can have the capability of having their own footer. So this can be an Admin or an Employee as as example. But it is not limited to those types. Add a Member Now add each employee of your organization as a member to the system. Do this by clicking Add New Member and fill in their information. Managing Your Email Footers Company Wide Once you are done adding each employee you will notice that there is an Email Footer in the lower right with a button called click here. When you click this button a new window will open up and a generated email footer for that employee will be there. Send each employee this link and have them copy and paste the contents

How to add images to your website?

Were going to show you how to add images to your website using Virteom. The first thing you will want to do is make sure that your images are no larger than 600 pixels across, thats usually the maximum area for most websites. Pixels is the unit of measurement for computer displays and 600 pixels is about half the width of a laptop screen. Things you should not do... Do not just drag photos from your desktop into the editor. These photos will either not show up to other users or they will corrupt the code of the site and possibly take that page offline. Dont import photos directly from your camera because they will be very large, make sure to prepare your photos to be 600 pixels or less in width. Preparing your Photos using Windows Vista or Windows 7 Find the photo on your computer and the right click on it. A menu will pop up, go to Open With and then open it up in Paint There is a re-size button in the toolbar, click on that and then select Pixels from the popup window and re-size
