If you have owned a computer for any length of time you likely have experienced the dread of internet slow down. If it gets bad enough that you need to reach out for technical support one of the first things that they will tell you to try is to clear your browser cache. But what does clearing your cache even do? Why does it help? What is Your Browser Cache? Your cache is the name for a portion of your hard drive that is dedicated to storing browser files that your browser determines it may need to use again. Web pages are packed with information, and this information is stored in dozens, hundreds and sometimes thousands of files for just one site. Your browser will cache portions of the page for you so in future visits load times are quicker, improving your overall internet experience. Why Should I Clear my Cache? Your browser will store things like files, CSS styles, JavaScript scripts, images, and other multimedia content. That is why when you’re working with a web development firm and request updates like font changes (color/size) we request you clear your cache frequently to see these changes in real-time.  When changes are made to your website like updating a logo, changing a picture, increasing font or changing colors, you may run into trouble with your browser's cache. Occasionally your browser will load your cached info instead of updated portions of the page that you are desiring to view. This can result in a slow down, image errors or not seeing

With Virteom, website administrators can choose which members have access to certain areas on the site. For example, you would want your blogger to have access to create and edit blog pages. You can make different levels of users, from customers and staff, to full admins. Let's get started. After logging in as an admin, select Dashboard (or Manager) from the top bar. Then, on the left hand side, select Members. This will bring up a screen showing all of the members who are registered to your site. You can also search for a member's name using the Search field. Click on Edit next to a member's name. Here is the user access part of the next screen. You can edit contact information, change a user's password, and update user access from this area. Editing Access and Permissions Box 1 is a list of all of the administration features a user has access to. In this example, this user has access to all features. Explore the list on your site and determine how you wish to set up access. Box 2 is a list of all of the web pages on your site. Again this user has access to edit all of the pages using the Editor section of the Virteom toolbar. In this way, you can select who has permission to edit certain pages of your site. If no pages are selected, the option to bring up the editor will not show. If you have any locked private pages on your site, you can quickly set up certain presets with the Member Types section under Members on the left hand menu. This will allow y
