Find the Paste from Word button When you copy from a text editor, a lot of times it will carry hidden, embedded styles along with it. Not only will the styles differ from normal text on your website, but they will break any web-based text editor. To work around this, we have a special button to paste from Word. Using this method is the safest way to bring text from any text editing software into your product description. First, click on the clipboard icon in the Navigation Bar Add your text in the box below Paste your content here. Click OK to continue. And you are done! These same steps can be re-used anywhere you see the editors toolbar, such as editing content pages as well as blog posts.

Virteom makes rolling back changes to your website incredibly easy. In the editor, simply use the sliding bar on the bottom of your screen. You will see the number of available versions that you can roll back, and can use the sliding bar to navigate through them. Virteom will store up to 50 versions of each page, creating a safety net in case you wish to change your design, or make accidental changes. The highest number is the most recent record. For example, you have five versions on a particular page. Lets say you want to reformat your page from version three, and try to branch out from the old layout. Simply navigate to this version, and begin making your changes. Once you hit save, it will be saved as record six. Q: Where do my other versions go if I do this? Wont I lose versions four and five? A: Do not worry. Your fourth and fifth versions are still saved and remain unchanged in case you wish to return to them at a later date. Q: Can I ever accidentally delete my pages version,

As your site grows and changes over time, you may have the need to add or remove pages from it. It is also important from a search engine optimization standpoint to keep your content fresh and changing. While editing content on an existing page is good, adding new pages is better. The information below refers to adding an deleting normal web pages. To work with blog posts, see Adding and Editing Blog Posts. Adding a New Page To add a new page to your website, you must first decide where you want it to fall within the navigation. For example, if you want it to appear under the About Us menu, you need to add the page to the About Us section. The section where you want the new page to fall is called its parent. There may be times when you want to add a page that does not appear within the navigation. For example, you may be creating a stand-alone landing page. In that case, youll need to add the page to non-menu-related section. Depending on how your site is setup, you may have a section
