Editing On-Page Content

Using Virteom, you can edit any of the body content of your pages. Generally speaking, this is the main content area on the page. In some cases there are multiple areas that can be edited, but that depends on your sites design and layout. There are two ways to make a page editable. Which you use depends on preference and if you are already viewing the page you want to edit. To make the current page editable To make the current page editable, you must be logged into Virteom. Then, while viewing the page you want to edit, click the Editor link in the Menu Bar. Each editable text area on the page will have a dotted line around it. You can click inside that editable area to work with it. To select a page to edit If you are not viewing the page you want to edit, you may click the Navigation link in the Menu Bar, find the page you want to edit within the Navigation window, and click its Edit (arrow) icon. The page will appear with a dotted line around the editable area(s),

How to Check Your Form Submissions

Worried you may have missed a lead? Checking who has submitted a form on your website is easy with form submissions. Form submissions allow you to see who has submitted a response to any form on your website in one Excel file. Keep reading to learn how to access your form submissions in Virteom CMS. Login to the CMS Click on Manager Click on Forms on the left-hand side Click on Submissions on the left-hand side underneath forms Choose What Form Youd like to see Submissions From the dropdown menu select the form you would like to see submissions for. The dropdown menu goes by thename of the form. Export Submission(s) to Excel Now that you are on the form youd like to see submission for, click the Click to ExportxxSubmission(s) To Excel Check that you did not miss a lead! The file will export as an Excel Spreadsheet. You can view all of your form submissions that have come through on the specific form you chose on this spreadsheet. If youd like to
